Wow! That was something! I must say that this story took me guessing till the very end and it doesn't happen often :)
There are two main characters, but truth is there are stories of many others. I can't really say much, as any detail could spoil the pleasure of reading the book, but you should get ready for some really shocking details.
Reading the book, I've had some ideas about who the murderer is, but the actual murderer took me by surprise. I don't think there'll be a continuation of this book, but some secrets were left hidden and someone may dig them up one day.
Is there a happy end in this book? Sort of, but not without something left hanging in the air, something left unsaid.
After reading the first book by Alice Feeney - Sometimes I Lie - I was left stunned, the second book was ok, but not amazing. This one? Damn, absolutely the best, so far :)

The Little Book of Sloth Philosophy by Jennifer McCartney My rating: 5 of 5 stars I think this is going to be a book, that I'll be giving as a gift to everyone :) Not that it's so deep and profound, but because it shows how to live simply. It's also funny and short. Perfect for reading in pieces or as a whole. Illustrations are super cute, too. And there's of course sloth - most adorable role model ever. Pill by Robert Bennett My rating: 5 of 5 stars *I have received an ARC of this book from NetGalley and the publisher" I've requested this book, thinking that it's about how pills were created. It has turned out that it's something else, something so much better! The author tells the story of the Pill, the One that we pop every day (at least once), to be happy. Or chill, or fall asleep, or whatever. It's our new religion - psychopharmacology. Robert Bennett has a bit odd way of telling this story - he's showing us how the meds work through a series of examples: literature and movies mostly. It can be slightly annoying at times, but overall it makes the book easier to read. I truly enjoyed how the author is telling the story and how he's asking the questions about our reality/society. It's a book placed in the USA, but I believe it could be about any given civilised country. Psychotropic meds are gaining its popularity,...
